Tyson and Perdue Foods have reached a more than 35-Million-dollar settlement in a class action lawsuit brought by broiler chicken growers. The growers say the companies conspired to artificially reduce the amounts paid to them for Broiler Grow-Out Services.

Tyson and Perdue say they did nothing wrong and defended themselves against the claims. The alleged activity took place between late January of 2013 and the end of 2019.
