The deadlines for three USDA pandemic assistance programs are next week.

October 12th is the deadline to sign up for the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program Number Two and the Pandemic Livestock Indemnity Program.

October 15th is the deadline for the Pandemic Assistance for Timber Harvesters and Haulers program.  Farmers should apply through their local FSA offices.

In addition, the USDA has begun taking applications for the new Pandemic Response and Safety Grant program through November 22nd.
