Growth Energy’s chief legal counsel says he’s hopeful the U.S. Supreme Court will overturn a D.C. Circuit Court decision that took away EPA’s year-round E15 fuel waiver. Joe Kakesh says, “We don’t believe it’s in line with court precedent, and it doesn’t really further the purposes that Congress had in mind.”
Kakesh tells Brownfield there are many cases including this one coming out of the DC Circuit Court regarding the proper interpretations of certain words.
