Debra Kay Burnes, 64, of Toledo, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at her home in Toledo. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, October 16, 2021, 10:30 AM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Pastor Jill Mack officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. Visitation will be held Friday, October 15, 2021 from 4-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home
