A Minnesota farmer is helping share dairy’s sustainability story with the world.
Charles Krause, who milks about 300 Holstein cows near Buffalo, took part in last month’s United Nations Food Systems virtual Summit hosted by the Global Dairy Platform.
“To tell the importance of the sustainable nutrition that we provide, and how dairy can be good for the community, the people, and the planet, all in one. And not just here in the United States, but all across the world.”
More than 130 countries participated in the summit and Krause tells Brownfield dairy has a great story to tell.
