FFA members gain skills through supervised agricultural experiences (SAEs) that can be applied toward their future careers.

For her supervised agricultural experience, Lashawna Vogel with the Demark FFA Chapter in Wisconsin wrote newspaper articles and managed social media outlets to share the story of agriculture.  

She tells Brownfield her project helped her figure out what she wanted to do in the future. 

“I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do before,” she says.
