Deere & Company and its union employees say they’ve reached a tentative labor agreement that would potentially bring an end to the near three-week strike.
The United Automobile, Aerospace and Agriculture Implement Workers (UAW) says the deal will “enhance economic gains” and provide the “highest quality” health care benefits.
But, UAW says they will not release details of the agreement that were agreed to on Saturday and will continue to strike until it is reviewed and signed by employees.
