USDA says rice harvest is nearly wrapped up at 97% complete. 

The cotton crop is 76% harvested. 

Soybean harvest is 80% complete. 

Peanut harvest is 65% complete.

Pastures are rated 29% good to excellent. 

Winter wheat is 58% planted with 35% emerged

Topsoil was rated 65% and subsoil moisture was rated 70% percent adequate to surplus.
