Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were mixed Thursday as the potential for lower feed prices brought strength to longer-term contracts.
November Class III milk 18 cents lower at $17.90. December down 16 cents at $17.81. January down two cents at $18.07. February five cents higher at $18.32. March through May contracts eight to 11 higher.
Dry whey down $0.0050 at $0.6550. Two trades were made at $0.6550 and $0.66.
