President Biden has signed the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law.

Biden called the law historic, “This law builds back our bridges, our water systems, our powerlines, our levees better and stronger.”

He says the bill will expand high-speed broadband internet which is as essential today as water and electricity.
