The Missouri Governor’s Conference on Agriculture is returning Thursday with a fully in-person event after a year off in 2020 due to COVID.
The event will include several talks on topics like ag policy, an ag economic outlook, farm succession plans and commodity panel discussion. Missouri Director of Agriculture Chris Chinn tells Brownfield its vital state ag leaders get the chance to meet with producers directly at events like this.
“To be up close and personal with our Lieutenant Governor Kehoe, with Governor Parson, with me, with my team here at the Department of Agriculture because many of my team members will be there,” she said.
