Ninety-three percent of South Dakota corn was harvested as of Sunday, behind last year but ahead of the average.
Sorghum harvested was 94%, behind 100% last year, but near average. Ninety-percent of sunflowers were harvested, near last year, and ahead of 80% average.
Soil moisture continues to improve in the state. Topsoil moisture is 64% adequate, while subsoil moisture supplies is 53% adequate.
