The University of Missouri Extension is launching a new feral hog management project to help farmers and all landowners affected by the invasive animals.

“MU Extension is partnering with the Missouri Department of Conservation and USDA APHIS Wildlife Services and we just recently hired four positions. They’re outreach coordinators located in southern Missouri.”

Pierce says specialists will work directly with landowners who allow them access.
