Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed the week mixed as higher whey, butter and nonfat dry milk prices conflicted with lower cash cheese prices
December Class III milk down one cent at $18.48. January 36 cents lower at $19.25. February 24 cents lower at $19.70. March down nine cents at $19.76. April through June seven cents lower to eight cents higher.
Dry whey up $0.0175 at $0.73. One sale was made at that price.
