Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange again closed higher Thursday as cash markets as price optimism for 2022 continues.
December Class III milk up a penny at $18.43. January 17 cents higher at $20.18. February 38 cents higher at $20.83. March up 34 cents at $20.79. April through June 12 to 17 cents higher.
Dry whey unchanged at $0.75.
Blocks up $0.03 at $1.98. Two sales were made at $1.9725 and $1.98.
