Most milk futures and cash dairy prices spiked higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Tuesday.
The first four months of 2022 all saw $.75 cent price increases Tuesday. January Class III milk was up $.75 at $20.75. February closed up $.75 at $21.79. March closed up $.75 at $21.44. April was up $.75 at $21.10. May through December contracts ranged from nineteen to seventy-five cents higher.
Dry whey was unchanged at $0.7525. No sales were recorded.
