A U.S. Senator suggests with one door closing on year-round E15, Congress must act to open another.
Iowa Republican Chuck Grassley says he’s disappointed the Supreme Court decided not to take up Growth Energy’s petition to allow year-round E15 sales.
“So this brings me to a bipartisan bill, the Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act. This bill would allow fuel retailers across the country to see E15 and other high blend fuels 12 months a year.”
Nebraska Republican Deb Fischer and Minnesota Democrat Amy Klobuchar introduced that bill in response to a D.C.
