Star of the West Milling Co. is continuing to expand in Michigan with the addition of Brown Milling Inc. in Mt. Pleasant.
The two companies have worked together since the 1980’s when they shared joint interest in a fertilizer distribution company. Brown Milling’s footprint also includes Rosebush Feed & Grain, Superior Fertilizer, and the Shepherd Elevator.
Star of the West announced last month it’s acquisition of Citizens LLC and also has locations in Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, and New York.
