A southern Indiana farmer says he is making some changes to his operation this year because of input concerns.
J.R. Roesner grows corn, soybeans, and wheat in Dubois County.
“Inputs are a big concern so that has shifted some acreage and some practices that we’ve used,” he says. “We’ll maybe have a more targeted fertilizer approach to save dollars while keeping yields where they need to be.”
He tells Brownfield he’ll make more adjustments as needed this spring.
