During the AgriPulse Supply Chain Crisis webinar Monday, Vilsack said creative solutions are needed to improve the supply chain.
“There’s not any effort here to suggest that what we’re proposing with this pop-up is the only solution, but I will tell you it’s an important first step,” he says.
