Southern Indiana farmer Ben Kron says cool and wet conditions have limited fieldwork on his farm.
“We did a little bit of spraying last week,” he says. “Other than that, as far as planting, nobody has really done anything planting wise in our area and we haven’t either. Temperatures are all over the place, averaging highs in the 50s and lows sometimes down even in the 30s, so we haven’t gotten the planters out yet.
