At least seven right to repair case against John Deere are being consolidated in the U.S. District Court of Illinois.
The individual cases allege John Deere violated the Sherman act by monopolizing the repair market. The lawsuit involves plaintiffs from at least six states including Illinois, Minnesota, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and North Dakota.
The court tells Brownfield similar plaintiffs around the U.S. could join the case. No action has been taken yet by the court.
