Members of Congress continue to hear farmer concerns about high input prices.

U.S. Senator Tina Smith, a Democrat from Minnesota, says she’s been communicating with commodity groups throughout the summer.

“They’ve been coming into town and the input costs, especially fertilizer, is one of the top issues that I’ve been hearing about. Of course in addition to concerns about labor and rising costs overall.”
