Additional rainfall of 1 to 4 inches in Puerto Rico could lift storm totals to 12 to 20 inches, with isolated amounts topping 30 inches. Meanwhile on the U.S. mainland, a resurgent Southwestern monsoon could lead to flash flooding in the Four Corners region. Late in the week, a dry weather pattern will return across the western U.S.
