Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed mixed following a bullish supply and demand report.

October Class III milk up six cents at $22.85. November 13 cents higher at $21.26. December unchanged at $20.72. January down six cents at $20.30. February through April contracts four to 17 cents lower.

Dry whey unchanged at $0.41.

Blocks up $0.0175 at $2.0525. One trade was made at that price.

Barrels up $0.0150 at $2.20.
