A farmer in southern Minnesota is shocked by the high price of inputs.
Wanda Patsche raises corn, soybeans, and hogs in Martin County and says she recently received a bill for fall fertilizer.
“And I absolutely had to do a double-take. And I know once I finish fall harvest, I’m going to take a look at the numbers. but it’s really high. I just was pretty astonished with what it’s costing for fertilizer.”
She tells Brownfield the price has nearly doubled in the past year.
