Harvest is near completion for all crops in Arkansas.  Soybeans are 99% harvested and peanuts are 98% harvested. 

Winter wheat is 97% planted and 86% emerged with 64% in good to excellent condition.  Livestock are rated 34% good to excellent and pastures are called 6% good. 

Topsoil moisture is called 88% adequate to surplus and subsoil moisture was 77% adequate to surplus.
