A small meat retailer says he’s concerned that a slowing economy could affect customer demand at his store.
Max McClean owns Nebraska-based McClean Beef. “It’s going to start slowing the amount of beef people buy possibly. I think they are still going to buy it because it’s got a unique taste and it’s a Cadillac, I think.”
He tells Brownfield he’s had to adjust his marketing plan to compete with larger companies.
