Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed lower Thursday, pressured by strong declines in cash cheese.
February Class III milk down 14 cents at $18.30. March down 16 cents at $18.00. April down 11 cents at $18.30. May 12 cents lower at $18.66. June through August nine to 11 cents lower.
Dry whey unchanged at $0.33. Two sales were made at $0.3275 and $0.33.
Blocks down $0.1050 at $1.93.
