American Soybean Association CEO Steve Censky says the on-time completion of the 2023 Farm Bill is a top priority.
“We’re still pushing Congress to enact a farm bill on time and this year,” he says. “So far, Congress has announced its intent to do that and so we’re hopeful that Congress can.”
