March brings out all the brackets, whether its “Iowa’s Best Bracket” or the Men’s and Women’s NCAA tournament brackets.  The Iowa Pork Producers Association created their own bracket trying to figure out the best pulled pork sandwich in the state.  Pulled Pork Madness is underway, this is a public vote set up just like the NCAA basketball bracket.  They had 158 nominations to be on the bracket but narrowed it down to the “Sweet 16”.  You can find their bracket and where to vote on the Iowa Pork Facebook page.
