High oleic soybean oil is proving to be a better alternative to traditional vegetable oils.  Why?  Because it has an improved fat profile.  It contains lower saturated fat and three times the amount of beneficial monosaturated fatty acids compared to many conventional vegetable oils.  Which when consumed in moderation benefits heart health.
