Dave Devore with Siemer Milling tells Brownfield the first field of the day was impressive. “If this field is any indication of what we’re going to see the rest of the day, we’re going to be extremely pleased,” he says.
He says tiller counts were high with nice-sized heads and no signs of disease in the field just outside of Effingham, but they are keeping an eye out for certain characteristics throughout the day.
