The Renewable Fuels Association says new biofuel infrastructure funding from USDA will have a wide range of uses.

There’s also funding available for rail projects. There’s some money available for marinas.”
Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack announced Monday the agency will soon begin accepting applications for $450 million in grants through the Higher Blends Infrastructure Incentive Program.
