Farmers are locking in fall fertilizer with prices well below year-ago levels.

CHS CEO Jay Debertin tells Brownfield.

“People are locking in some fall pricing at some very attractive numbers in their view. Spring work is done, side dress is done for the most part, and now people are just looking at fall business and locking it in.”

He suggests the fertilizer market continues to be cyclical.
