Consistent rainfall has helped corn and soybean crops in the latter part of the growing season.  Corn is rated 74% good to excellent with 90% of the crop in the dough stage and 55% in dent.  Soybeans are rated 79% good to excellent with 76% setting pods. Cotton is rated 72% good to excellent with 83% setting bolls and 4% opening. 

Pastures are rated 71% good to excellent.  While rains were welcomed, it’s been a hindrance for producers who are trying to bale.
