Dolores Marie Asmussen, 92, of Marshalltown and formerly of Chelsea, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at Glenwood Place in Marshalltown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, August 21, 2023 at 10:30 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Chelsea. Visitation will be held Monday, August 21, 2023 from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the church. Memorials may be directed to the South Tama Elementary School. Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
