A former US Secretary of Agriculture says farmers should not be reluctant to change.
John Block tells Brownfield the agriculture industry’s ability to adapt to change is one reason for its continued success.
“As I stand back and look at it, I’ve seen the dramatic change in the industry and how it works over my lifetime in it, and I have to say I think the next 50 or 100 years is going to change things quite a bit again.”
He says farmers should continue to look ahead.
