Crop conditions declined slightly over the past as both temperatures and rainfall were lower on the week.  

Corn is rated 72% good to excellent with 71% in the dough stage, 51% in dent, and 11% mature.  Soybeans are rated 72% good to excellent with 85% blooming, 69% setting pods, and 17% coloring.  Crop conditions for both corn and soybeans are good and disease reports are limited, but not widespread.  

Tobacco set is rated 68% good to excellent with 85% blooming, 68% topped, and 15% cut.  Farmers were busy cutting hay and tobacco.
