A long-time dream came true for Minnesota’s top dairy ambassador on the eve of the State Fair.
Emma Kuball of Waterville was crowned the 70th Princess Kay of the Milky Way Wednesday night and says it was an amazing experience.
“It was kind of a blur but it was definitely a dream come true for me. I’ve wanted to be Princess Kay since I was really little, so it’s just amazing that I’m here at the State Fair in Princess Kay’s crown and sash.
