Milk futures were higher and the cash dairy markets were mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
September Class III milk was up $0.17 at $19.04. October was up $0.28 at $18.92. November was up $0.31 at $18.56. December was up $0.22 at $18.44. January through July contracts ranged from unchanged in May, June, and July to sixteen cents higher in March.
Dry whey was unchanged at $0.2850. One sale was recorded at that price.
Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0475 at $1.9925.
