September Class III milk was up $0.07 at $18.58. October was up $0.26 at $19.21. November was up $0.27 at $18.98. December was up $0.16 at $18.73. January through July contracts ranged from unchanged in April, May, and July to thirteen cents higher in February.
Dry whey was down $0.01 at $0.31. Two sales were recorded at $0.31 and $0.3175.
The cheese market remains quiet with forty-pound cheese blocks unchanged at $1.9625. No sales were recorded.
Cheese barrels were unchanged for a second straight trading session at $1.8675. No sales were recorded.
Butter was up $0.01 at $2.73. Sixteen sales were recorded, ranging from $2.73 to $2.76.
Nonfat dry milk was up $0.01 at $1.10. Fifteen sales were recorded ranging from $1.0975 to $1.11.
