Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed higher Wednesday following strong cash trade and optimism following a bullish supply and demand report
September Class III milk up six cents at $18.35. October 17 cents higher at $18.21. November up 11 cents at $18.35. December 12 cents higher at $18.37. January through March contracts unchanged to 12 cents lower.
Dry whey unchanged at $0.30.
Blocks up $0.04 at $1.91.
