A state 4-H leader says National 4-H Week reinvigorates students and volunteers for a year of learning.
Julie Chapin, head of Michigan 4-H tells Brownfield the fall marks the enrollment period for youth.
“For each of more than county fairs, that’s our opportunity to highlight the learning kids have done in a year, but the projects are where young people get to try on new skills, explore new interest areas, learn those life skills,” she says.
