Milk futures and the cash dairy markets were all higher for a second straight day Wednesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, except for nonfat dry milk.   

November was up $0.71 at $18.54.  December was up $0.75 at $18.59.  January was up $0.40 at $18.63.  February was up $0.25 at $18.75 March through September contracts ranged from six cents higher in June to eighteen cents higher in July. 

Dry whey was up $0.0150 at $0.3850.  Four sales were recorded, ranging from $0.3725 to $0.3850. 

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0575 at $1.76.
