Milk futures were mostly lower and the cash dairy markets were mixed Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
November was down $0.29 at $17.83. December was down $0.20 at $17.89. January was down $0.18 at $17.97. February was down $0.05 at $18.35 March through September contracts ranged from ten cents lower in August to two cents higher in March. March was the only month with a price gain.
Dry whey was down $0.0150 at $0.30. Nine sales were recorded, ranging from $0.38 to $0.3925.
Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0225 at $1.7650.
