The president of the National Pork Producers Council will become the new executive director of Missouri Pork.

Scott Hays from northeastern Missouri will step into the new job in April, after he wraps up the year serving as NPPC president. Hays tells Brownfield he’d like to bring renewed focus to Missouri Pork.

“There’s a lot of people involved in the pork industry and I want to reach out to all of them, all segments of the industry,” says Hays.
