Leonard Edward McCune, 83, of rural Toledo, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023 at UnityPoint Health in Marshalltown following a long illness surrounded by his family. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Pastor Clint Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 4-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home.  Memorials may be directed to the South Tama High School Music Department.
