The days are getting colder, and for many, curling up with a nice cup of hot cocoa is just the ticket to warm up.

While hot cocoa and hot chocolate are often used interchangeably, there is a difference between the two beverages. Hot cocoa is made from cocoa powder.  A paste is produced through the fermentation, drying, roasting, and grinding of cocoa beans.
