Mexico has extended its suspension of import duties on certain foods, including pork, beef, and poultry, from all eligible suppliers. Erin Borror with the U.S. Meat Export Federation says the move has benefited the European Union and Brazil, which had seen an uptick in exports to Mexico.  “But in late November, a Mexican court actually halted the access for Brazil related to their sanitary access,” she says.  “So, the court case has resulted in at least a temporary suspension of Brazilian pork entering Mexico.”
